Following my passions I've learned many things I find really useful, in work as in everyday life; every drop of sweat is rewarded when I can work on things I like, so I'm always in search of new trials!

I'm available for anyone who needs services at various level, regarding those subjects:

PIC I'm currently developing many projects based on Microchip's PIC microcontrollers, for I discovered their true power since I begun working at the INFN; I learned a lot here, working on communication and implementation with FPGAs and analogic circuitry. Using CCS C compiler I understood interrupts, so I can now work on time-critical projects like laser harp, or others with communication buses, like minisumo robot, thermometric scope (both integrated with Visual Basic GUI), or my many midi-based projects.

Visual Basic My started experiencing with VB during high school, when I "played" with the VB on school's PCs. Since then I've tried to develop many kinds of apps, from database-related to 3D graphic ones with TrueVision3D, to hardware interface programs.

Now I'm working on the development of ActiveX controls for musical apps; there I start to share with anyone interested those two controls i developed, a piano keyboard and a guitar keyboard. LabView I worked with LabView in INFN, developing the hardware interface for many lab instruments connected via GPIB; I've worked mainly with Keithley instruments, programming with TestScriptBuilder (LUA based language).

HTML Years ago I created some websites just-for-fun, but recently I had the chance to bring my knowledge back to work and so, to learn something new: I discovered the power of CCS style sheets, took the Javascript manual out of the shelf, learned a bit of PHP and MySql; every day I think to new applications, fascinated by the possibilities of server-sided scripting. I use Abyss as WebServer on my pc, working with PHP5 and MySql.
